We offer : a lifetime warranty

on the entire range of ColdWinner® AKAMMAK textile clothing

against any manufacturing defect.

However, we do not guarantee against wear and tear related to the use of the product. Any damage related to wear and tear can as far as possible be repaired at a reasonable cost by our workshops.

Our laboratory tests guarantee the quality and reliability of textile articles: washing tests, colour fastness, non-shrinkage of textiles, prevention of pilling risks and wear and tear resistance tests.

After receiving your package, you have 15 days to change your mind and request the exchange, except for personalized or made-to-order items and audio or video recording supplies when unsealed (removal of protective film).

In case the item is defective keep your invoice: it serves as a warranty voucher.

• The item must be returned new, unworn, complete with its accessories in the original closed packaging.
• The item delivered with a security seal will not be accepted if the seal is missing.
• Attach the delivery note specifying the reason for the return.

CLAIM

To facilitate the processing of complaints concerning any out-of-warranty transaction, it is important that you come forward within 3 months.

For the products of AKAMMAK partners that are offered in the shop we apply the partner's warranty.
