Data Privacy Policy
AKAMMAK attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and personal data.
In accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force at the date of writing, and in particular Law No. 78-17 of 16 January 1978 "Informatique et Libertés" and the General Data Protection Regulation, this charter sets out your rights and remedies as well as everything there is to know about the collection, the processing and purpose of use of your personal data at AKAMMAK.
1. Collection of personal data:
By creating your account and/or placing an order on the https://www.akammak.com/fr/ website, hereinafter referred to as "the Site", SAS Agence de Négoce et Commerce International is required to record personal data concerning its customers. 2. The use of your data:
The legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b of the European Regulation).
- Orders: shipping, delivery, email and telephone useful to our carriers

3. Fight against fraud :

5. Retention period of personal data:
The date taken into account to define the retention period of the personal data we collect is that of the last transaction you made on our site or the date of the last connection to your customer account. In this context, we undertake to abolish these when:

If, despite all the precautions taken, an intrusion or security breach directly impacting your data is discovered by our services, "the Company" undertakes to inform the CNIL and inform you within 72 hours with the following information:

This Charter may be modified at any time to take into account changes in our activities and processes and to comply at any time with regulatory changes. Different versions will be retained as the company grows.
