DELIVERY
In general, orders are shipped within the 1st business day of receipt, Monday to Friday. Orders received on Friday will be shipped from the following Monday. You receive your parcels at home or at the address indicated on your order. You will be delivered by Colissimo® in 48 hours from the delivery of your package to the Post Office.
To calculate the delivery date, count about 3 days after the validation of your order. This is valid in continental France, for Corsica: plan an extra day. For other European countries - Belgium, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, UK - it sometimes happens that the delays are a little longer, allow at least a week more.
It may happen that your package does not meet the delivery standards defined by the Post Office. In this case the delivery is ensured under the same conditions by a specialized courier service such as Fedex, UPS or Exapaq for example. These services require a signature as proof of deposit, so it is important that someone can receive your package.
Shipping and packaging
The participation in the shipping and packaging costs is added to the price of the item (s) ordered. It is specified before the final validation of your order. It is not recharged if you make an exchange. If the amount does not appear, you will find it after validation of your cart. Delivery is offered for an order amount greater than 100 € TTC (excluding items such as bicycles on which shipping costs are fixed).
Exchange
You have 15 days to exchange or return an item. It must be returned new, with its accessories, in its original packaging.
For an exchange:
contact Customer Service by e-mail info@akammak.com or by phone on +33 (0) 810 818 810, who will inform you of the procedure to follow to receive the new item at no additional cost (similar reference, identical name). If the exchange is requested in writing, it will be delivered according to availability within 10 to 15 days.

"I still haven't received my order"?
First, check that your order has been processed by logging into your account :
- Select the "Order history" section: the details of all your current orders are displayed as well as the invoices of the orders that left the day before our warehouses.
- Check the order confirmation email you received by email, in order to retrieve your parcel number and track the delivery on the Colissimo website
- If after 9 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), you do not see an invoice in your account, please contact our Customer Service by email, info@akammak.com or by phone at +33 (0) 810 818 810 ( N° Azur at the price of a local call).
