AKAMMAK products are covered by a lifetime guarantee against any manufacturing defects. However, the guarantee does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear or caused by improper use.

AKAMMAK’s technical thermoregulatory clothing is suitable for all outdoor sports, in both cold and warm environments: trekking, running, horse riding, golf, sailing, mountain biking, mountaineering, climbing, skiing, hunting, etc.

AKAMMAK garments are environmentally friendly thanks to their durability and ease of care: they should be washed at a low temperature, do not require ironing, and do not need to be tumble-dried.

The care of a garment accounts for the greatest environmental impact throughout its life cycle. Compared with other stages in a garment’s life, such as manufacturing, transport or production, its care accounts for around 42 per cent of the total environmental impact.

The long-lasting nature of these garments, combined with their ease of care, significantly reduces their environmental impact.

All these technical garments are very easy to care for: it is advisable to turn them inside out to preserve the outer surface, which is subject to friction during washing, over time.

Do not bleach: use detergents without bleaching agents (such as chlorine bleach).

Do not dry-clean: the use of solvent-based stain removers is prohibited. Stain removers containing solvents must not be used.

Dry cleaning with perchloroethylene. Normal cleaning process without restrictions. Solvent-based stain removers may be used with some restrictions. A preliminary test on a small area of the garment is recommended.

Tumble drying prohibited: garments that cannot withstand machine drying.
