VG1O Suminagashi steel gives it exceptional sharpness as well as a beautiful appearance. The word Suminagashi literally means ‘floating ink’ in Japanese. Ecru linen Micarta is a composite material made up of layers of linen impregnated with phenolic resin, then compressed under high pressure and temperature.
Characteristics: high mechanical strength, good impact and wear resistance. It has excellent moisture resistance, does not deform or deteriorate when exposed to water, and is lightweight yet robust, making it the ideal compromise for an adventure and everyday knife.
